By accessing or using FINANCY (the "Service"), a TikTok Shop analytics dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FINANCY provides sales, advertising, and affiliate performance analytics for TikTok Shop sellers. Where you connect a TikTok account, FINANCY reads data made available via TikTok's official APIs solely to display it back to you inside the dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Connecting a TikTok account is optional and authorized by you via TikTok's OAuth login flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your TikTok account settings or from within FINANCY. See our Privacy Policy for how connected data is handled.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by any means other than the interface and instructions provided, or interfering with its normal operation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics and figures are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as financial or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FINANCY is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
