1. Overview

FINANCY ("we", "us") provides a TikTok Shop analytics dashboard for sellers. This policy explains what data we collect, including data obtained through TikTok's Login Kit / API, and how it is used, stored, and protected.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data you provide directly: name, email, password (stored as a salted hash).
  • Sales, advertising, and affiliate metrics you upload or that are synced from a connected TikTok account.
  • When you connect TikTok via Login Kit: your TikTok open ID/union ID, the OAuth access and refresh tokens, and the scopes you granted. We do not receive or store your TikTok password.
  • Basic operational logs (timestamps, actions taken) for audit and security purposes.

3. How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the dashboard: authenticating you, displaying your sales/ads/affiliate analytics, and keeping your TikTok connection alive (refreshing access tokens). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data storage & security

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and processed by Cloudflare Workers. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2; API access is protected with signed, expiring tokens.

5. Revoking TikTok access

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from within FINANCY's integration settings, or directly from your TikTok account's "Manage Apps and Devices" settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored access and refresh tokens.

6. Data retention

We retain account and connection data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
